RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY AT AERA
At AERA, we strive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality products. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange. Products purchased during SALE or EXHIBITIONS are not eligible for return or exchange. Our products are handcrafted and may vary slightly from piece to piece. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects. Semi-precious stones, resins, enamels, etc., may have natural irregularities and will not be considered as defects. Colors of products may appear different due to screen resolution and display settings. This will not be deemed a defect.
Criteria for Return/Exchange:
A return or exchange will only be initiated under the following conditions, provided the customer notifies us within 7 days of receiving the product:
1. The product received is defective.
2. The wrong product was sent by the team.
3. Damage occurred during transit.
4. Size or fit issues or mistakenly ordered the wrong product (Exchange only, no return).
Return Policy:
1.The customer must send the product back to the address mentioned on our website along with the price tag and original receipt. Products without the price tag and receipt will not be eligible for return or exchange. 2. Refunds will be initiated only after our team receives and inspects the product. 3. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 4. Returns initiated by AERA will take 15-20 working days to process, as per the return norms of the shipping companies. 5. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection and will be issued to the original payment method. Please note: The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or credit card company.
Important Notes: Products purchased during SALE or EXHIBITIONS are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We take utmost care in creating and packaging our products to provide the best experience. However, variations in handcrafted pieces are expected and not considered defects. For products containing semi-precious stones, resins, or enamel, natural irregularities may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging while returning products to avoid further damage during transit.
